The billing is done for the previous month according to the quantities outside the subscribed package.
It is possible to switch between mSign packages (mSign MINI, mSign START, mSign SMART, mSign ENTERPRISE) at any time.
In case you want to switch to another package, please contact podpora@mikrografija.si.
After a change request has been issued, the new package will start on the 1st day of the following calendar month.

The issuance of Qualified Digital Certificates shall be carried out in accordance with the Halcom Certificate Authority Policy and the Cloud Digital Qualified Electronic Signature Certificate Order Procedure.
