ISO 27001:2013
ISO 27001 is a standard for managing information security that offers a comprehensive overview of information security in organization’s. It is an international standard that protects businesses and organizations while ensuring compliance with data protection, privacy and effective risk management. It is recorded in the form of requirements that an organization must meet. We first acquired this standard on May 17, 2011, and have since maintained it with internal and external ISO audits. The procedures and measures we have taken to meet the requirements allow us to identify and reduce security risks and to manage internal processes in the field of information security.
ISO 9001:2015
ISO 9001 is a standard for quality management system for services and products. The key here is to meet the requirements of our customers and clients. As we always want to do better, we adopted this standard to better manage and improve our business processes. We first acquired the standard on September 29, 2000, and have since maintained it regularly with internal and external ISO audits.
The Family Friendly Enterprise Certificate is a socially responsible principle of managing a business. We have received the basic Family-Friendly Company certificate in 2012 and in 2015 it was upgraded to a full certificate. We are aware that harmony in personal and professional life is of paramount importance for every employee and contributes greatly to successful work. All employees are co-creators of the company’s success, which is why Mikrografija works as a large family.
Basic Family Friendly Enterprise Certificate
On March 28, 2012, we received a basic certificate for a Family Friendly company. During the certification process, at workshops with seven actively involved employees, we realized that the Mikrografija values had already been directed at a family-friendly attitude towards employees in the past. Therefore, it was not too difficult for our company to take 14 measures that further contributed to a more efficient management of family and working time. Full Family Friendly Enterprise Certificate
On November 5, 2015, we received the information that we successfully completed the 3-year basic certificate period and will be upgradet to a full Full Family Friendly Enterprise certificate. During the three years of the basic certificate, we achieved the implementation of all 14 measures that were initially adopted, followed by the introduction and implementation of 3 additional measures. With this certificate we demonstrate that it is possible to successfully reconcile family and professional life. We firmly believes that in the long run, such an approach has a beneficial effect on business and private success.
