In addition to comprehensive solutions in document management and archiving, the company provides all of the accompanying services (i.e. archive organisation, mass scanning of various types of documents, preparation of internal rules, document content capture/recognition, documentation storage in e-form, microfilm digitisation, extraction and disposal of documents, either at the customer’s location or at one of our four sites, where the premises are suitably secured and equipped.

Mikrografija also pays special attention to the area of information security. To this end, the standards pertaining to quality management (ISO 9001) and information security (ISO 27001) are regularly maintained and upgraded. Our efforts in personal information security have been rewarded by a commendation of the Information Commissioner.
